巷道支护参数设计研究

摘    要:为了确保对巷道进行有效支护,采用理论分析,得出锚索、锚杆的支护参数选择的范围,然后采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了不同锚杆直径,锚杆长度、锚杆间排距下的巷道围岩变形量进行了模拟分析,综合考虑最佳经济效益,顶板锚杆长度选择为2.4 m,帮部锚杆长度选择为2.0 m,得到帮部锚杆的支护间距为1 000 mm×1 200 mm。研究为今后巷道支护参数的确定提供了一种简便实用的技术方法。

Abstract:In order to ensure the effective support of the roadway,the theoretical analysis is used to obtain the range of support parameters of anchor cable and bolt,then using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under different bolt diameters,top plate,length of anchor rod and roadway row spacing are simulated and analyzed,considering the best economic benefits,the length of roof bolts is 2.4 m,and the length of side bolts is 2.0 m,the support spacing of side bolts is 1 000 mm×1 200 mm.The study provides a simple and practical technical method for determining the supporting parameters of roadways in the future.
