易自燃特厚煤层综放工作面安全开采案例分析

摘    要:易自燃特厚煤层的综放安全开采技术以煤层自然发火和工作面安全开采为技术难题,结合防灭火技术理论,参照相关学者现场运用实例,对朱仙庄、小康煤矿在特厚煤层自然发火与综放安全开采技术的研究进行了分析总结。合理采用多种煤层防灭火措施,对综放回采期间煤层的自然发火防治以及安全开采起到了决定性的作用,并且对当下有类似地质条件的煤层安全开采问题总结出了解决方法,具有可行性高、安全性能强、效益显著等特点。

Abstract:The safe mining technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving in extra thick coal seam easy to spontaneous combustion was a technical problem,which was the natural combustion of coal seam and the safe mining of working face.Combined with the theory of fire prevention and extinguishing technology and referring to the field application examples of relevant scholars,the research on the natural combustion and safe mining technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving in extra thick coal seam of Zhuxianzhuang and Xiaokang Coal Mine were analyzed and summarized.Reasonable use of various coal seam fire-fighting measures has played a decisive role in the prevention and control of coal seam spontaneous combustion and safe mining during fully mechanized caving mining,and summed up the solutions to the current coal seam safety mining problems with similar geological conditions,with high feasibility,strong safety performance,significant benefits and other characteristics.
