摘    要:矿井通风是煤矿生产的一个重要环节,是煤矿安全的基础。随采矿技术的发展及生产能力的扩大,须改造优化矿井通风系统,使其能与矿井发展需要相匹配。通过对新疆龟兹矿业西井基本现状分析,实地测得相关参数,应用三维建模建立了智能分析系统。并基于CFD计算模型对矿井通风风硐风阻进行模拟、利用VentAnaly软件对矿井通风系统进行仿真模拟,研究了风硐阻力对地面主通风机效率影响等内容,对通风系统进行了优化设计。研究得出:对龟兹西井通风系统全面普查,获得了矿井通风基础数据;通风对西井风硐模拟,得到回风斜井风硐主要通风阻力为局部阻力损失;根据矿井开采后期布置以及需风量、阻力分析,选用型号为FBCDZNo.20/2×200的主要通风机。

Abstract:Mine ventilation is an important part of coal mine production and the basis of coal mine safety.With the development of mining technology and the expansion of production capacity,it was necessary to transform and optimize the mine ventilation system so that it can match the development needs of the mine.Through the analysis of the basic status of Qiuci West Well in Xinjiang,the relevant parameters were measured in the field and the intelligent analysis system was established by applying 3D modeling.Based on the CFD calculation model,the wind ventilation resistance of mine ventilation was simulated.The VentAnaly software was used to simulate the mine ventilation system.The influence of wind resistance on the efficiency of the main ventilation fan was studied.The ventilation system was optimized.The study concluded that the general survey of the ventilation system of the Qiuci West Well was obtained,and the basic data of the mine ventilation was obtained.The ventilation was simulated on the West Well,and the main ventilation resistance of the windward inclined shaft was obtained as the local resistance loss;according to the layout of the mine and the required air volume.For resistance analysis,to select the main fan with the model number FBCDZNo.20/2×200.
