我国烟草资源西柏三烯二醇含量分析

  目的  了解我国烟草资源腺毛分泌西柏三烯二醇含量特征。  方法  用超高效液相色谱（UPLC）法测定并分析了不同器官、叶位以及不同烟草类型、品种间西柏三烯二醇特征。  结果  （1）同一生长时期，烟花中西柏三烯二醇均高于其他器官；随叶位升高，烟草叶片西柏三烯二醇均呈升高趋势。（2）540份烟草种质均检测到西柏三烯二醇；烤烟西柏三烯二醇含量最高，其他类型烟草差异不显著，不同类型烟草α与β-西柏三烯二醇异构体的比值也存在差异；（3）筛选了富含西柏三烯二醇（大于2%）的烟草种质28份，其最高含量达3.46%。（4）根据特色烤烟品种红大及香料烟品种沙姆逊分析结果，西柏三烯二醇含量差异是烟草香吃味品质差异的重要化学成分基础。 

Analysis of cembratriendiol content in tobaccos growing in China

Contents of cembratriendiol in different tobacco organs, leaf positions, tobacco types and varieties were determined using ultraperformance liquid chromatography.Results show that (1) content of CBT-diol of flower is higher than that in other organs of tobacco.At same development stage, the content of cembratriendiol in leaves increases gradually with leaf position up.(2) CBT-diol can be detected in 540 representative tobacco types.Content of CBT-diol is the highest in flue cured tobacco and that among other tobacco types is not significantly different.The ratio of α- CBT-diol content and β- CBT-diol content is significantly different in different tobacco types.(3) 28 tobacco germplasm in which content of CBT-diol is more than 2% of flower were screened.The highest content of CBT-diol of tobacco germplasm reached 3.46%.(4) through analysis of special varieties of flue cured tobacco Hongda, oriental tobacco Basma and Samsun, the content of cembratrien-diol is an important material basis causing different tobacco flavor.
