煤矿主煤流运输智能化控制技术研究

通过对北翼主煤流运输智能化技术的研究，在原有的主煤流综合自动化监控系统下，研究了系统实施方案和组织方式，系统采用智能数据采集技术，通过采集模块以RS485总线与可编程控制机进行通信，实时在线不间断地采集现场保护数据。分析了北四部胶带机顺煤流启动控制PLC程序和北一、二、三、四部胶带机自动启动控制PLC程序，系统保护不但反应及时、动作灵敏度高，而且基于原北翼主煤流运输综合自动化系统，充分发挥现有的技术装备，扩展智能化控制的功能，提高了主煤流运输智能化控制技术水平，推动了矿井安全、可靠、高效生产。

Research on intelligent control technology of main coal flow transportation

Through the research on the intelligent technology of the main coal flow transportation in the north wing，under the original automatic monitoring system of the main coal flow，the system implementation scheme and organization method are studied，the system adopts the intelligent data acquisition technology，communicates with the programmable control computer through the acquisition module with RS485 bus，and collects the field protection data on-line and uninterruptedly in real time.This paper analyzes the PLC program for the start control of coal flow in the North four duct tape machine and the PLC program for the automatic start control of the North one，two，three and four duct tape machines，the system protection not only reacts promptly and has high action sensitivity，but also makes full use of the existing technology and equipment，expands the function of intelligent control and improves the intelligent control of main coal flow transportation based on the former North wing main coal flow transportation integrated automation system，the technical level has promoted the safe，reliable and efficient production of the mine.
