| 摘 要： | 为了对长输管道完整性管理效能进行评价,构建了长输管道完整性管理效能评价指标体系,建立了长输管道完整性管理过程的评价指标,把长输管道完整性管理过程划分为6类指标,采用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,然后将长输管道完整性管理效能评价进行了应用分析。研究得出,长输管道完整性状态总效能和长输管道完整性管理过程总效能这2个指标可以更加科学地对整个管理过程进行分析评价。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the efficiency of long-distance pipeline integrity management,the evaluation index system of long-distance pipeline integrity management efficiency was established,and the evaluation index of long-distance pipeline integrity management process was established.The process of long-distance pipeline integrity management was divided into six categories of indicators.The weight of each index was determined by using analytic hierarchy process,and then the evaluation of long-distance pipeline integrity management efficiency was carried out.It is concluded that the two indicators of long-distance pipeline integrity state total efficiency and long-distance pipeline integrity management process total efficiency can more scientifically analyze and evaluate the whole management process. |
