摘    要:进入二十一世纪,我国冶金行业的自动化生产水平逐年提升,与世界发达国家之间的差距也越来越小,这其中,PLC技术的应用起到了决定性作用。而PLC冶金自动化控制系统与通信技术的深度融合,为PLC系统的正常运转提供了强大的技术支持。因此,本文将着眼于PLC冶金自动化控制系统中的通信技术基础模型、组态结构,围绕PROFIBUS通信技术的实际应用予以阐述。

Abstract:In the 21st century,the automatic production level of China’s metallurgical industry has been improved year by year,and the gap between China and the developed countries is becoming smaller and smaller,among which the application of PLC technology plays a decisive role.The deep integration of PLC metallurgical automation control system and communication technology provides strong technical support for the normal operation of PLC system.Therefore,this paper will focus on the basic model and configuration structure of communication technology in PLC metallurgical automation control system,focusing on the practical application of PROFIBUS communication technology.
