红庆河煤矿综采工作面采空区“三带”测定及模拟分析

摘    要:根据红庆河煤矿综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”现场实测数据,采用氧气浓度划分法对工作面采空区自燃“三带”进行划分;利用FLUENT数值计算软件模拟分析综采工作面采空区风流流场、温度场等,分析验证采空区氧气浓度、CO浓度、漏风速率、温度等变化规律,并与数值模拟中采用漏风强度法划分的采空区自燃“三带”进行验证,确认了采空区“三带”现场实测的可靠性、准确性。结果表明:综采工作面采空区“两道”漏风严重,氧化升温带在进、回风巷分布范围较广;现场实测与数值模拟的结果变化趋势相一致,可以用来指导实际生产。

Abstract:According to field measured data of spontaneous combustion "Three Zones" in goaf of fully-mechanized mining face of Hongqinghe Coal Mine,the method of oxygen concentration division was used to divide spontaneous combustion "Three Zones" in goaf area of working face.Using FLUENT numerical calculation software to simulate and analyze air flow field and temperature field in goaf of fully-mechanized mining face,changes in oxygen concentration,CO concentration,leakage rate,and temperature in goaf area were analyzed and verified.The reliability and accuracy of field measurement of "Three Zones"in goaf area were confirmed by spontaneous combustion "Three Zones"in goaf area divided by method of wind leakage intensity in numerical simulation.The results showed that “two lines” in goaf of fully-mechanized mining face were seriously leaky,and oxidized heating zone has a wide distribution range in intake airway and return airway.Field measurements was consistent with trend of numerical simulation results,which can be used to guide actual production.
