矿车轴卡机加工工艺改进与应用

摘    要:针对当前矿车轴卡铸件毛坯在铣床上进行铣面和镗孔加工过程中存在的加工工艺落后、加工质量和效率低的问题,改进设计了一套新的机加工工艺。通过制作定位装置进行装夹,使用玉米铣刀进行铣面加工,使用成型镗孔盘刀进行镗孔加工的方式,为实现在铣床上高效率装夹和加工矿车轴卡提供了一种新的加工方案,有利于提高矿车轴卡机加工质量和效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of backward processing,low processing quality and low efficiency in the current process of milling and boring on the milling machine for the rough casting of the axle truck castings on the milling machine,a new set of machining processes was designed.By making positioning devices for clamping,using corn milling cutters for milling and forming boring disc cutters for boring,it provides a new way to achieve efficient clamping and processing of ore carts on milling machines.The processing scheme is conducive to improving the processing quality and efficiency of the mining truck axle card machine.
