摘    要:针对配电网分布式储能系统优化配置问题,提出了考虑多场景需求的储能系统整体配置优化方案。首先,建立了储能系统接入配电网的经济性指标和技术性指标模型;其次,建立了源、网、荷侧不同应用场景下的优化模型并给出应满足的约束条件;再次,采用基于二阶锥的优化求解方法,将大规模混合整数非线性模型转换为混合整数二阶锥优化模型,提高了优化问题的求解速度;最后,基于某区域配电网储能系统配置具体问题,对源、网、荷侧多场景储能系统配置问题进行优化,并与源、网、荷统一优化方案对比,结果表明:提出的多目标优化配置方法可有效解决实际配电网储能系统配置问题。

Abstract:Aiming at optimization configuration of distributed energy storage in the distribution network, an economic indicator model and technical indicator model for energy storage access distribution network are established. An overall configuration optimization scheme of energy storage considering multi-scenario requirements is proposed to meet the interests of multi-agent of source network. The optimization models under different application scenarios of source, network and load side are established and the constraints that should be met are given. The second-order cone-based optimization method is used to transform the large-scale mixed integer nonlinear model into a mixed integer second-order cone optimization model, which improves the solution speed of the optimization problem. On the basis of the specific problems of energy storage configuration of a distribution network in a certain area, this paper optimizes the multi-scenario energy storage allocation in source, network and load side. Compared with the unified optimization scheme, the results show that the proposed multi-objective optimization configuration can be effectively applied to the optimal allocation of energy storage of the actual distribution network.
