冲裁工艺方案专家系统的决策与实现

本文将冲裁件的特征信息以代码或数据的形式，输入计算机，并建立起冲裁件信息的数据库；然后将搜集到的各种关于冲裁工艺方案制定的知识和经验以冲裁工艺方案决策规则的形式输入计算机，建立起冲裁工艺方案决策规则库(工艺知识库)；通过程序设计充分利用计算机的计算、逻辑分析判断、存贮以及查询等功能来自动生成冲裁工艺方案。提出将专家系统技术与关系型数据库相结合引入冲裁工艺方案设计过程中，实现了冲裁工艺方案的智能决策问题。对冲裁工艺方案知识的获取与表示、知识库的结构作了详细的讨论，并在此基础上设计了冲裁工艺方案专家系统。此系统利用数据库、专家系统及VC 6.0技术完成了冲模初始方案设计。冲裁工艺方案专家系统能够根据制件的精度及尺寸等条件的要求，输出最合理的工艺方案。利用此系统对空调机垫片进行冲裁工艺方案设计，取得了令人满意的成果。

Decision-making & Realization of a Stamping Process Project Expert System

With the characteristics information of the stampings with the form of the code or data having been put into the computer,the database of the information of the stampings has been established. With the knowledge and experience which have been collected about the stamping process project with the form of rule having been put into the computer,the rule base of the information of the stamping process project (process knowledge base) has been established,taking full advantage of the computer function of the calculation and logical analytic and judgement and store and query.Thus system can form the stamping process project automatically by way of the programmer. The expert system combined with relational database has been used for stamping process planning to realized the intelligent decision on plan of stamping process. The knowledge acquisition,representation and knowledgebase structure of the stamping process planning expert system have also been discussed in details. On this theory foundation and using the data base and expert system and VC++6.0's technology,the stamping process project expert system has been designed which has accomplished the stamping process project design which can export the most reasonably stamping process project according to stamping part precision and dimension.Using this system to design stamping process project to the air-conditioner pad,the satisfied achievements have been gained.
