| 摘 要： | 从城市交通规划的角度出发,根据交通流的特性,建立了基于广义回归神经网络的交通流预测模型和基于跟驰理论的仿真模型,并将此模型应用于天津市外环线的某路口,预测了该路口未来某高峰时刻的交通流量,模拟仿真了其交通运行特性,为今后该路口的交通规划和管理提供了直观、科学的数据. |

| Abstract: | From the angle of municipal traffic planning and according to the features of traffic flow,a traffic flow forecasting model based on the GRNN and a simulation model based on the theory of car-following are built .This model is applied to a crossing at the outerring-road in Tianjin to forecast the traffic flow at peak time and the features of its traffic operation are simulated,thus providing objective and scientific data for the traffic management and planning at that crossing. |
