| 摘 要： | 直线电机具有高速度、高加速度、大推拉力、高定位精度和高重复定位精度等特征。目前在数控机床、机械人和其它需要直线伺服传动的领域有广泛的应用。基于直线电机的应用方面,介绍了利用LabVIEW构建测量直线电机推重比的测量系统。实际测试表明,整个系统具有测试精度高、速度快、开发周期短、自动化程度高等优点。

| Abstract: | Linear motor's character is high velocity,high acceleration,great thrust&pull,high position precition and high repetition position precision.Now it is used in numerical control machine,robot and other linear servo transmission.This paper is based on application of linear motor.Introducing the linear motor's thrust-weight ratio test system based on LabVIEW.The test fact display,the test system's advangtage is high testing precision,fast velocity,short design cycle and high automatization. |
