南太子湖拱形连续箱梁的施工控制

摘    要:拱形连续箱梁设计新颖,结构复杂,施工监控难度大。该文以武汉南太子湖大桥为例,采用有限元方法建立了全桥仿真计算模型,系统研究了拱形连续箱梁桥的线形和应力控制技术。监测结果表明,桥面标高的最大偏差为14 mm,轴线偏差为6 mm;成桥时,最大压应力为7.02 MPa,各截面混凝土下缘没有出现拉应力。实测数据表明南太子湖大桥的成桥线形和成桥后各截面应力均满足设计规范要求。

Abstract:The design of the continuous box and arch girder bridge with arch is innovative,the structure is complicated,and the construction control and monitoring of the bridge is thus challenging.With reference to the real project,the southen taizi hu bridge in Wuhan was taken as the studing case.The southen taizi bridge model was established and this paper presents the techniques and methods of controlling and monitoring for the continuous box and arch girder bridge.Test results show: the deck elevation to 14 mm maximum deviation,the axis deviation 6 mm frame drop into a bridge;the maximum compressive stress of 7.02 MPa after bridge formation,the section of concrete curbs under no tensile stress.Measured data show the bridge alignment and bridge cross-section stress of the southen taizi bridge meet design specifications.
