光电导聚苯胺/染料共聚材料性能的研究

摘    要:以直接耐墨染料,均苯四酸酐及聚苯胺为原料,通过缩聚反应获得感应染料/聚苯胺嵌段共聚的光电导聚苯胺分子结构,该聚合物具有优良的溶解性能和成膜能力,电导率达到10^-1S/cm。元素分析该聚合物的N:S摩尔比理论值与实测值相吻合,红外谱图证实了所合成产物的结构,紫外吸收分析表明用直接耐墨G与聚苯胺段共聚后在可见光区,近红外区具有较强的吸收,大幅度提高了其光电导性能,热失重研究表明聚苯胺用直接耐墨G嵌得

Abstract:Using direct fast black G,pyromellitic acid dianhydride and polyaniline as raw material,the photoelectrical copolymer-polyaniline/dye interpolymer is synthesized by condensation polymerization.The polymer has high solubility,fine ability to film,and conductivity reaches 10-1S/cm.There are no more different in theory and practice on the mole ratio of N and S by elemental analysis.IR identifies the designed chemical structure of the polymer.The absorption of polyaniline copolymerized with direct fast black G is very intense in the range of visible light and nearinfrared by UVvis spectrum.The photoconductivity of the polymer is greatly enhanced.TGA shows that thermol stability of the synthesized polymer is greatly enhanced over 100.It can be seen from TEM that the polymer is amorphous state.The glass transition temperature of the synthesis copolymer is about 246,which is proved by DSC.
