Ni-SiC纳米复合电镀工艺研究

摘    要:针对镀液中阴极电流密度、镀液温度以及极板间距,对Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层显微硬度的影响进行了研究.采用正交实验法对各工艺参数进行了优选.并且利用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合镀层的表面形貌及截面形貌进行了观察和分析.结果表明,Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层较纯镍镀层表面平整光滑,显微组织均匀、致密,并且其显微硬度也有明显提高.

Abstract:The effects of cathodic current density, bath temperature and electrode distance on the micro-hardness of Ni-SiC nano-composite coating were investigated in the present paper. The optimized process parameters were obtained by orthogonal test. Besides, the surface and the section morphology of the composite coating were also observed and analyzed with SEM. The results show that the Ni-SiC nano-eomposite coatings have a fiat surface morphology and compact microstructure as compared with that of pure nickel coating,and its micro-hardness is remarkably improved.
