微波辐射催化合成棕榈酸异丙酯

摘    要:以棕榈酸和异丙醇为原料,硅胶负载硫酸铈为催化剂,用3A型分子筛为吸附脱水剂,在微波辐射下采用催化酯化-吸附脱水法合成了棕榈酸异丙酯。较佳合成条件为:n(异丙醇):n(棕榈酸)=6:1,m(催化剂):m(棕榈酸)=0.2,微波功率300W,辐射时间30 min,微波温度75℃,酯化率90.4%。产物用折射率、FT-IR光谱进行了表征。

Abstract:Isopropyl palmitate was synthesized from palmitic acid and isopropyl alcohol under microwave irradiation with Ce(SO_4)_2/SiO_2 as catalyst and 3A molecular sieve for dehydration.The optimal reaction conditions were found as flows:molar ratio of isopropyl alcohol to palmitic acid 6:1,weigh ratio of catalyst to palmitic acid 1:5,microwave power 300 W and irradiation time 30 min.Under these conditions,the yield of the ester was above 90.4%.The product was characterized by refractive index and FT-IR.
