摘    要:研究了电塑性加工技术在冷拔钢丝领域的应用,探讨了电塑性加工改变冷加工材料性能的机制。试验结果表明,电塑性加工技术,可有效地降低钢丝生产中的拉拔力,降低钢丝的强度,提高塑性。

Abstract:The application of electroplastic processing technology to cold drawing of steel wires was investigated.The mechanism of electroplastic effect(EPE)which changes material's properties during cold working is discussed.It is shown that steel strength can be decreased,plasticity can be increased and drawing force can be reduced by electroplastic drawing.
