摘    要:本文从发泡塑料的成型机械和工艺要求及计算机应用的需要出发,依靠经典成核理论,根据实验现象,唯象地建立了描述成核过程的微分方程,并进行了计算机模拟。尤其注意了释压速率与成核数的关系,补充了经典成核理论在塑料发泡中应用的不足

Abstract:differential equation for nucleation process of foaming plastics is constructed. The model is based on classic nucleation theory and some experimantal phenomena. The process has simulated by computer. The result shows the relationship between the rate of the pressure quench and the quantity of the nucleated bubbles.
