1000 MW超超临界压力火电机组吹管布置方法的研究

摘    要:新建机组投运前对相关管道进行吹洗是一道必须进行的程序。由于1 000 MW超超临界火电机组吹管过程对安全性提出了更高的要求,因此对其吹管布置方法进行了研究。比较了目前国内采用的4种吹管布置方法,指出实际模型法是较经济、最可靠的方法。

Abstract:Pipe blowing is a necessary procedure for all the newly built power units before being put into operation,and for1 000MW ultra supercritical pressure boilers,higher requirements are necessitated.Four types of blowpipe arrangement currently applied by domestic1 000MW ultra supercritical pressure units were studied.Comparison results show that the arrangement based on real model method is the most economic and reliable one among all the four types.
