煤孔隙结构对煤层中CO扩散的影响

摘    要:针对开滦集团煤业公司3个煤矿CO长期超标的现象,测定了CO在煤层中的扩散量和煤的孔隙结构,分析了不同孔径对煤层中CO扩散量的影响,讨论了煤的分形维数、比表面积与煤层中CO扩散量的关系.结果表明,CO在煤层中的扩散主要为Knudsen扩散及过渡型扩散方式,过渡孔的增加有利于其扩散,而微孔的增加则不利于其扩散.CO扩散量与煤内比表面积呈二次曲线关系,随着内比表面积增加,CO的扩散量先减少后增加,与分形维数呈二次曲线关系,随着分形维数的增加先增加后减少.

Abstract:In view of the phenomenon that CO exceeds the stipulated standards for a long time in the three coal mines of Kailuan Group Mining Corporation, the CO proliferation quantity in coal beds and the coal pore structure were measured. The influence of different apertures on CO proliferation quantity in coal beds was analyzed. The relationship between coal fractal dimension, specific surface area and the CO proliferation quantity in coal beds was discussed. The results show that the main CO proliferation forms in coal bed are the Knudsen proliferation and the transition proliferation. The increasing of transition hole is helpful to the CO proliferation in coal bed, while the increasing of pore quantity goes against that. The relationship between the CO proliferation quantity and specific surface area or coal fractal dimension is quad- ratic curve. The CO proliferation is quantity decreased first and then increased with the increasing of the specific surface area, and increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the coal fractal dimension.
