钢铁厂含锌铅粉尘中锌铅分离理论及实践

摘    要:提出钢铁厂含锌铅粉尘中锌铅分离理论 ,并研制出一种新的火法处理工艺———铝浴法熔融还原。通过与其它还原方法的比较 ,并考察了温度、时间等工艺因素的影响 ,得到了铝浴法合理工艺参数 :温度 110 0℃ ,时间45min ,收集所得氧化锌粉含ZnO90 %以上 (最高达 92 5 2 % ) ,PbO小于 5 % ,锌挥发率和铅富集率达 90 %以上 ,初步实现了锌铅分离

Abstract:The dusts of steel plant mostly contain zinc and lead,a new theory of separation of Zn Pb in the dusts is advanced,the new pyrometallurgical treatment process,aluminium bath smelting reduction,is assumed and studied It is compared with other reduction methods,and also the effects of temperature and time on the separation of Zn Pb are analyzed,the better process parameters of aluminium bath smelting reduction are shown as follows:reduction temperature 1100℃,reduction time 45min ZnO content in the collected zinc oxide powder is more than 90%(the best gets up to 92 52%),PbO content is less than 5%,the zinc volatility ratio and lead enrichment ratio are both more than 90%,the separation of Zn Pb can be basicly achieved
