南海深水钻井隔水管设计与作业技术

摘    要:深水钻井隔水管设计与作业技术是深水钻井最重要的考虑内容之一。为此,针对我国南海深水油气钻井作业的迫切需要,考虑了平台与装备的实际条件,开展了深水钻井隔水管设计与作业技术研究,具体包括隔水管系统配置、排列设计和张紧力、钻井作业窗口、下放/回收作业窗口和悬挂作业窗口等。结果认为,排列设计就要确定隔水管具体的下放列表供现场司钻使用,而张紧力的确定既要满足API规范关于最小张紧力的要求,同时也应更适合于现场作业。算例所用基础数据依托南海某深水钻井平台,依据某井位具体的水深和环境条件,最后给出了隔水管设计与作业技术的具体应用情况,设计方案与作业参数已在南海深水钻井实践中得到成功应用。相关结论可为深水钻井隔水管设计与作业提供参考。

Abstract:The design and operation of risers are one of the most important items considered in deepwater drilling. To meet the urgent need of deepwater drilling operation in the South China Sea, based on the actual conditions of the drilling platform and equipments, a study was made on the design and operation technology for deepwater drilling risers, specifically including the configuration and arrangement design of a riser system, tensioning force, and operability envelops for the operations such as running, hang off, etc. It is emphasized that a detailed riser run in schedule should be made in the arrangement design and handed over to the on site driller and that the defined tensioning force should not only meet the requirements of the minimal tensioning force in API regulations but be more suitable for field operation. The basic data for computation was acquired from one deepwater drilling platform in the South China Sea. According to the specific water depth and environmental conditions of one well, an example was put forward to illustrate the practical application of the design and operation technology of the riser. The design proposal and operation parameters have been successfully applied to deepwater drilling operation in the South China Sea. This study provides a valuable reference for design and operation of marine drilling risers.
