摘    要:针对单工序锻造在终锻之前一般都需要以镦粗进行预制坯的实际情况,以刚粘塑性有限元为工具,以获得形状和变形均匀性都较好的终锻件为优化设计目标,以镦粗的压下量为优化设计变量,采用黄金分割法对其预制坯工艺进行了多目标优化设计的研究。并对一轴对称锻件的镦粗压下量进行了优化设计,优化取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:In forging processes,upsetting is often used as a preform process before the final forging process in the real production.Under this condition,the choice of the reduction of the upsetting can affect the final forging's shape and its quality.A research work for optimizing the reduction of upsetting of 2-dimensional forging has been carried out using viscous-rigid-plastic finite element method.The optimization objective is to obtain the net shape or near net shape forging and the more uniform forging at the same time. The reduction of upsetting is taken as the optimization design variables.As there is only one optimal design variable-the reduction of the upsetting,the golden section method has been used as the optimization algorithm.As an example,the reduction of upsetting of an H-shaped axisymmetric forging was optimized and satisfactory result was obtained.
