金刚石复合铣刨刀头的研究与应用

摘    要:随着高速公路建设在我国的快速发展,路面的养护和维修工作也随之增多。铣刨刀头作为道路养护的主要工具之一,人们对其寿命和工作效率也提出了更高的要求。研究提供了一种新型聚晶金刚石铣刨刀头,实验表明,聚晶金刚石铣刨刀头与传统硬质合金铣刨刀头相比,大大提升了使用寿命、提高了工作效率并且减少了损耗,是路面养护和维修的理想工具。

Abstract:With the rapid development of freeway construction in China, road maintenance and repair work increase correspondingly. Milling cutter is a major tool for road mainte- nance, so the requirement for longer service life and better work efficiency of it has been keeping higher. This research provides a new type of PDC cutter for road milling ma- chine. Experiment shows that compared with the conventional cemented carbide cutter, the PDC cutter has much longer service life and better work efficiency as well as less wear and tear. It is an ideal tool for road maintenance and repair.
