频谱占用度测量与分析

摘    要:为了掌握"数字红利"频谱的实际频谱利用情况,根据最新的频谱占用度测量建议书(ITU-R SM 1880)以及《频谱测量手册》(2011版),搭建软件与硬件环境,对2个城市(共3个监测点)进行实际测量,并分析所得数据,得出时间-频率-占用度对照图。测试结果显示被测城市"数字红利"频段的频谱利用率偏低,建议加快落实广电系统的模/数转换以释放"数字红利"频谱,以提高频谱资源利用率。

Measurements and analysis of spectrum occupancy

Abstract:In order to grasp actual spectrum utilization of the “digital dividend”spectrum,guided by ITU-R SM 1880 and handbook of spectrum measurement (2011 edition),actual measurement are arranged in the two cities (three monitoring stations)by setting up the hardware and software environment.The obtained data are analysed and the time-frequency-occupancy rate comparison charts are obtained.Results show that the spectrum utilization of digital dividend frequency rate in measured city is low.Therefore it is suggested to speed up the implementation of television system analog/digital conversion,to get the release of “digital dividend spectrum”,and to ulti-mately improve the utilization of spectrum resources.
