| 摘 要： | 企业IT建设和发展是有规律的,在不同发展阶段呈现不同的特征,如同人的成长是一个不断成熟的过程.企业的IT能力处于哪个阶段?IT能力该如何演进?这都需要对企业的IT能力进行评估.本文借鉴BSC平衡计分卡的方法和软件开发能力成熟度模型SW-CMM分析方法,构建了企业IT能力评估模型,并举例说明了这一模型的应用.该模型将企业IT能力划分为5个成熟阶段,通过对企业IT能力成熟度的评估了解企业IT发展的阶段以及该阶段应当关注的重点,判断企业对IT的应用掌控能力,帮助企业明确IT的改进方向.

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of balanced score card(BSC) and the methodology of SW-CMM,this paper try to set the IT capability assessment model,which can help to monitor the IT capability and find the problem dynamically in the company.With a real case analysis,the author shows how to use this model in practice. |
