| 摘 要： | 分析了企业生产过程中物流与资金流的关系；阐述了物流及资金流的闭环均衡控制在企业经营管理中的重要意义；针对现有ＭＲＰＩ系统中对资金流管理方面的不足，探讨了ＭＲＰＩ中资金流与物流管理进一步集成，以实现ＭＲＰＩ系统对资金流与物流的全面管理的方法，并开发了原型系统．

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyze the relationship of capital flow and material flow in the production process and the importance of the closed loop control of the capital flow in enterprise management. The balances of capital flow and material flow are main objectives which enterprises are pursuing. Based on analysis of the basic functions in MRPII, we explore a method to integrate the capital flow with MRPII system in order to control the capital flow and material flow roundly in enterprises.A prototype system has been developed. |
