建筑能耗统计模式与方法研究

本文以现行能源统计模式调整测算与建筑能耗实际抽样调查统计分析的方法对上海建筑能耗进行统计分析研究。研究表明,根据能耗调查统计模式的测算,2004年民用建筑能耗占全社会总能耗的13.77%,其中居住建筑为5.77%,公共建筑为8%;采用现行能源统计模式调整测算,居住建筑能耗占全社会总能耗的5.46%,公共建筑为8.16%。2种统计模式结果的差值仅为1.1%,表明采用这2种统计模式与方法均可作为测算上海建筑能耗的方法。

Research on Modes and Methods of Building Energy Consumption Statistics

In this paper,two statistical modes for building energy consumption analysis were used to analyze the building energy consumption in Shanghai.According to statistical mode based on energy consumption survey,civil building energy consumption of 2004 accounted for 13.77% of the total one,in which 5.77% was for residential buildings and 8% was for public buildings.On the other hand,if the estimation was carried out based on the adjustment of existed energy statistics,the corresponding values of residential buildings and public buildings were 5.46% and 8.16%,respectively.The difference between the results of these two statistic modes was only 1.1%,therefore,it was indicated that both statistical modes could be used to estimate building energy consumption in Shanghai.
