| 摘 要： | 引黄PCCP管道安装具有管道长（单节管长5.0m）、管径大（管径3.0m）、重量大（单节管重约28t）的特点,安装起来不方便.本文通过对人字抱杆和汽车吊吊装PCCP管道这两种施工方法对比介绍,详细阐述了PCCP管道从平板车吊入沟槽的方法,PCCP管道在沟槽中承插对接安装工艺,以及PCCP管道打压合格后管道分层回填.

| Abstract: | The PCCP works in connection works of YRDP have following features: long length of each PCCP(5 m),big diameter(3 m) and heavy weight of each length of PCCP(25 t).So that installation is not easy and convenient.This paper introduces the comparison between A-framed derrick and crane truck used for installation of PCCP.The detailed introduction is put forward about craning PCCP from platform trailer to trench,installing two length of PCCP with bell and spigot joint in trench and completing bedded earthfill after bulge test of PCCP. |
