摘    要:综述了重要的精细化工产品邻苯二酚的各个生产工艺,着重叙述了在催化剂作用下用双氧水直接氧化苯酚制备邻苯二酚的几个代表性的工艺。目前研究工作的重点在于双氧水氧化体系的催化剂制备和改进,以期进一步提高苯酚伯转化率,抑制焦油的生成。同时指出该体系的分析方法需进一步完善,反应和分离的过程研究工作也需加强,以加快我国的苯酚羟化技术的工业化进程。

Abstract:Each technology for the important fine product-catechol was reviewed. The emphases were on several kinds of representative technology where catechol was produced through direct oxidation of phenol by hydrogen peroxide under catalysts. The catalysts used were very important, very many research organizations over the world were devoting themselves to the study of catalysts to increase the conversion of phenol and to restrain the production of tars. The analysis method for these systems must be perfected. The processes for reaction and separation must be studied to quicken the industrialization.
