| 摘 要： | 虽然电解铝能耗取得了不断的进展，但与国家要求指标还有很大差距。因此，必须要将节能降落实到实处。技术创新要有新的新突破，采用节能材料和设备迈开新步伐，强化管理要有新措施，结构调整要有新进展，鼓励节能降耗要有新政策。

| Abstract: | Although gradual progress has been made for energy saving and consumption reducing in aluminum industry, great differences still exist to meet the index requested by the State. Therefore, in order to implement energy saving and consumption-reducing, it is necessary to create newer process innovation, further develop energy saving material and equipment, consolidate upgraded control measures, further adjust configurations, and put forward better policies encouraging energy saving and consumption reducing. |
