圆唇散白蚁与五种蜚蠊酯酶同工酶的比较研究

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳技术对圆唇散白蚁的长翅成虫,工蚁、兵蚁与五种蜚蠊雌成虫的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究.结果表明,圆唇散白蚁长翅成虫有11条酶带,工、兵蚁各有10条酶带.圆唇散白蚁与五种蜚蠊具4条共有酶带,其中,圆唇散白蚁与中华地鳖有8条共带,相似系数最高.酯酶同工酶可反映出等翅目与蜚蠊目昆虫的进化关系.

Comparative Studies on Esterase Isozymes of Reticulitermes labralis and five species of Cockroaches

Abstract:Polyacrylamide gel isoelectrofocusing electrophoresis was used to exam the esterase isozymes of the adults, sodiers and works of Reticulitermes labralis and five species of female cockroaches, including Periplaneta americana, Blattella germanica, P.fuliginosa, Eupolyphaga sinensis and Parcoblatta kyotensis. The result showed that the adult R. labralis had 11 bands, the soldier and work had 10 bands respectively. There were four common bands among the six species. R.labralis and E.sinensis had eight common bands and with the highest similarity. We considered that esterase isozyme may show the evolutionary relationship between the Isoptera and Blattaria.
