| 摘 要： | 啤酒花作为一种药食两用中药，具有抗菌，抗癌，以及口腔保健的作用。本实验通过在口香糖中加入啤酒花衍生物六氢-β酸，制成新型的功能型口香糖。应用正交实验优化制备工艺。实验结果表明，胶基40％，山梨糖醇45％，六氢β-酸0．45‰，所制得的啤酒花口香糖适口性最好。

| Abstract: | Hop, a kind of Chinese traditional medicine, has the functions of antimierobial, anticancer and cleaning the mouth. In this experiment, we made the chewing gum which has a new function by adding Hexahydrocolupulone （HHCL）. The optimum formulation was based on orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the product containing 45% sorbitol, 40% chewing gum base and 0.45%0 HHCL had a good taste. |
