啤酒花口香糖的研制

摘    要:啤酒花作为一种药食两用中药,具有抗菌,抗癌,以及口腔保健的作用。本实验通过在口香糖中加入啤酒花衍生物六氢-β酸,制成新型的功能型口香糖。应用正交实验优化制备工艺。实验结果表明,胶基40%,山梨糖醇45%,六氢β-酸0.45‰,所制得的啤酒花口香糖适口性最好。

Abstract:Hop, a kind of Chinese traditional medicine, has the functions of antimierobial, anticancer and cleaning the mouth. In this experiment, we made the chewing gum which has a new function by adding Hexahydrocolupulone (HHCL). The optimum formulation was based on orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the product containing 45% sorbitol, 40% chewing gum base and 0.45%0 HHCL had a good taste.
