摘    要:介绍了国内外重型模锻液压机从19世纪80年代始到今天的结构发展历程,叙述了模锻液压机的承载结构从20世纪60年代前的非预应力结构,发展到70年代的粗螺栓预应力结构,再发展到80年代后的钢丝缠绕预应力结构等,各个时期的进步和性能特点.指出独立自主发展我国的重型模锻液压机,已成为保证国民经济持续发展和国家安全的重要条件之一.

Abstract:The structure developing process of the heavy die forging hydraulic press both at home and abroad from 1880s up to now has been introduced.The advantages and function characteristics of each period in the bearing structure changing process,which is first changed from non-prestressed structure of 1960s to rough bolts prestressed structure of 1970s,then to winding wire prestressed structure of 1980s ,hay6 been given in this text.It is pointed out that the design and produce of heavy die forging hydraulic press by ourselves is the important guarantee of our national economy sustained growth and national security.
