汽车刹车片背板冲压加工与模具设计

摘    要:汽车刹车片背板是汽车上易损零件,生产批量大。零件厚5mm,精度要求很高,大多采用精冲工艺生产。本文通过对汽车刹车片背板的工艺分析,采用普通冲孔落料、斜面成形和修整等工序)中压生产,并设计了相应各工序的模具,在模具结构设计中解决了诸如零件定位、圆弧斜面定位和模具偏载等问题,最终生产出了满足要求的零件。实践证明:背板生产工艺可靠,质量稳定。解决了用普通冲压工艺和设备生产精冲零件的问题,提高了企业的经济效益。

Abstract:Various blanking and forming dies using in different procedures have been designed by using common blanking procedure ,bevel forming procedure ,finishing blanking procedure based on the analysis of the stamping technology for the back plate of brake.Ultimately, the qualified parts have been manufactured after solving the problems of part position and rotundity bevel position and asymmetric loading on the dies.The result indicates that the stamping technology to produce the back plate of brake described in this paper is reliable and steady and the fine blanking technology could be replaced by common blanking procedures.The good economic performance has been gained and product equipments in the corporation have been simplified.
