LC4超高强度铝合金轮毂的成形工艺研究

摘    要:根据LC4超硬铝合金的化学成分和在温挤成形中的特点,铸锭先挤压再进行锻造的模锻件的组织、性能要比铸锭直接锻造的模锻件有明显改善.增加挤压工序,将毛坯由铸造组织变成变形组织,此后再进行自由锻造和模锻变形,这是提高性能的重要前提.因为铸锭经过一次大的挤压变形,形成比较均匀的纤维组织,即制品的纵向力学性能得到明显提高.针对某型大直径复杂截面的铝合金轮毂的服役要求,对该轮毂的成形工艺进行了阐述.

Abstract:According to the LC4 aluminum alloy chemical composition and the features of the warm extrusion process, the main process with produce forge method of the alloy automobile disc hub of LC4 aluminum alloy after squeeze the ingot has the better functions than the direct forging process, for organization and property of the ingot has been improved. After a large extrusion, the uniformity of fibrous tissue has been gained with excellent mechanical properties. The forming technology has been introduced in this text.
