摘    要:介绍了多工位液压母线冲压机的原有机械结构及其存在的问题并对其进行了改进设计.该设备在机械方面由冲孔单元、剪切单元和折弯单元组成,装配于同一工作台上形成三工位,分别完成对铜、铝母线的冲孔、剪切和折弯、压花等工作.将原设备冲孔与剪切单元组合框架结构改进为一体式框架结构,从而改善了母线加工机的受力方式,提高了系统的动态刚度,模具装夹更方便.

Abstract:The original mechanical structure, existing problems of multi-function bus press and its improving design have been described in this text.The punching, shearing and bending units ,which composed the equipment in mechanical structure ,have been installed all in the same worktable ,which could punch ,shear and bend the copper or aluminum bus.In order to improve stress mode and dynamic Stiffness of system, the compound frame of the punching and sheering units on multi-function bus press has been improved into the integrated framework,which makes mold clamping more convenient.
