摘    要:在钢管焊接检测中,真实反映焊缝中的缺陷性质有助于优化焊接工艺,降低材料损耗,提高生产效率。A型超声波探伤仪在埋弧焊钢管焊缝检测过程中只能反映缺陷的位置和大小,而对缺陷性质的判定存在一定的困难。通过对焊缝加工工艺,缺陷几何位置和缺陷静、动态波形等几个方面的研究和综合分析,总结出了埋弧焊钢管焊缝中存在的裂纹、未焊透、未熔合、夹渣和气孔等缺陷性质的评定方法。

Abstract:During steel pipe welding detection, really reflect defect nature of weld is helpful to optimizing welding process, decreasing material wastage, and increasing production efficiency. At present, The A-type ultrasonic flaw detector only can reflect the location and size of defect, while it is difficult to determine defect nature. In this article, it carried out comprehensive analysis from several aspects, such as processing technology of weld, geometric position of weld, static and dynamic waveform of weld, and so on, summarized assessment method to crack, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion, slag inclusion , gas pocket and other defects existed in SAW pipe weld.
