| 摘 要： | 对600t混铁炉原来所存在的缺陷及导致的不良后果进行了分析，根据分析结果，采取了改进炉顶砌体结构、选用好的填充料、加厚出铁口底板、改变前墙与后墙的找平标高等措施，达到了均衡炉体各部寿命，使炉子整体的使用寿命延长的效果。
