节能的空压机站

摘    要:压缩空气作为干灰气力输送的原动力,在不影响输灰系统正常运行的情况下,通过建立压缩空气的空压机站,取消输送空压机单元制,可减少压缩空气生产量,减少空压机数量,达到节电、节能的目的。本文围绕着设计原理、改造依据和改造后节能效益分析三个部分展开讨论。

Abstract:Compressed air is a prime power for pneumatic transportation of dry ash,in case not influencing normal operation of ash transportation system,through establishment of compressed air plant for compressed air,and canceling transportation compressor unit system,output of compressed air may be reduced,and quantity of air compressor may also be reduced,thus attain the purpose of electricity saving and energy saving.This article develops discussion around design principle,retrofit basis and analysis of energy saving benefit after retrofit.
