有机导电纤维应用方法的探讨

摘    要:研究有机导电纤维应用方法对织物抗静电性能的影响.选择长丝嵌入与短纤混纺、单向嵌入与双向嵌入、有机导电纤维均匀分布与集中分布、机织物与针织物为研究对象,分别测试了织物的表面摩擦电荷密度.结果表明:有机导电纤维长丝嵌入比短纤混纺、双向分布比单向分布、均匀分布比集中分布更有利于提高织物的抗静电性能.织物的组织结构对织物的抗静电性能也有影响.
