| 摘 要： | 介绍了非晶成带的原理;分析非晶成带时影响液位的主要因素,并提出相应的液位控制算法;试验结果证明该控制算法适合本系统,成带质量好,满足实际生产的要求。

| Abstract: | Firstly, the principle of amorphous alloy ribbon is introduced, secondly analyse the main affecting factors of level control of amorphous alloy ribbon machine and put forward the level control algorithm, finally the experiment is performed for this control system and its result shows the control system performance satisfies the fact demand. |
