| 摘 要： | 阐明了化学抛光的基本原理和制约铝型材化学抛光生产的主要因素，通过优选化学抛光剂和槽液组成及工艺参数优化，解决了磷酸—硫酸无烟化学抛光生产工艺；通过正交试验，确定了槽液中水含量是造成槽体严重腐蚀的最显著因素；通过对阳极氧化着色工艺参数的调整，消除了影响产品质量的不利因素。我们采用这些成果指导仿不锈钢型材的生产，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益，受到了广大消费者的认可。

| Abstract: | Basic principle of chemical polishing and restricted main factor of chemical polishing of aluminum shapes were described. It was determined that water content in bath solution is the most significant factor by quadrature test. Disadvantageous factor effected the quality of products was eliminated by adjusting the parameter of anodizing coloring process. |
