摘    要:采用快速凝固-粉末包套挤压工艺制备了四种Al-Si-Fe合金,测试了不同变形量下合金的室温阻尼性能,结果表明:增加铁含量和变形程度会使合金的阻尼性能增加,而低温退火则会降低阻尼性能。

Abstract:Rapid Solidification-powder extrusion technology is used to prepare four kinds or Al-Si-Fe alloyes. Room-temperature damping capacity in the case of different degree of plastic de-formation is measured.The results show:the damping capacity becomes higher with increase of Fe content and plastic deformation degree,but becomes lower after the lower after the low-temperature anncaling.
