热轧中厚板轧后性能变化的原因分析

摘    要:通过对影响中厚板轧后性能的原因进行分析,提出了提高低合金钢板屈服强度内控标准、制定轧制16~30mm低合金钢板成分要求、调整控轧控冷工艺及轧钢工艺等措施,使低合金钢板的屈服强度性能合格率由94.9%提高到99.71%。

Abstract:Through analyzing the factors that affect the property of plate after hot rolling, many measures, like enhancing the internal control standard on yield strength of low alloy plate, setting down the requirement on the components of low alloy plate with thickness 16-30 mm, and adjusting the TMCP and rolling process, are introduced. As a good result, the qualified rate of the yield strength of low alloy plate is increased from 94.9% to 99.71%.
