塔山煤矿综采工作面切顶留巷技术

摘    要:为解决塔山煤矿三采区采掘接替紧张的问题,采用切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术在该采区进行切顶留巷试验研究。首先,系统介绍了切顶留巷技术原理、工艺流程及切顶留巷关键技术;其次,结合该煤矿工程地质条件,采用理论分析计算、数值软件模拟和现场爆破试验等方法,得出顶板预裂切缝高度为7.5 m、切缝角度为15°、恒阻锚索长度为9 m等关键参数,单孔最优装药结构为4+3+3+2,孔间距500 mm。留巷稳定后,顶板最大下沉量为188 mm,底鼓最大值为100 mm,两帮收缩最大值为164 mm,监测结果表明切顶卸压条件下,留巷效果满足生产需求。
