摘    要:加速度计动压马达跑合监测系统用于对10路动压马达的电流、功率、电压和频率等参数进行连续自动采集.跑合监测控制系统由硬件电路、PCI-6259数据采集卡和上位机软件构成.上位机软件采用LabVIEW 2012编写,具有实时监控、自动报警断电、报警定位、数据存储和查询功能.经试验,跑合监测系统所采集的数据与WT230功率计相比较,精度符合要求,跑合监测系统可以连续不断电稳定工作150 h以上,测试效率得到提高.

Application of LabVIEW in Running Monitoring System of Accelerometer Dynamic Pressure Motor
Abstract:The running monitoring system of accelerometer dynamic pressure motor is used to sample the parameters of ten channels motors such as current,power,voltage and frequency.The running monitoring system is consisted of hardware circuit,PCI-6259 data acquisition card and PC software.PC software is developed by LabVIEW 2012,which takes the advantages of graphical programming language,and simplifies the programming between the host computer and PCI-6259 data acquisition card.The software system has the functions of real-time monitoring,automatic alarm,data storage and query.During the test,by comparing the collected data of the running monitoring system with the data of WT230 power meter,the precision of the running monitoring system can meet the measurement requirement.The running monitoring system can continuously stable hot-line work more than 150 hours,so the test efficiency is improved.
