基于CAN总线的煤矿安全监控系统的研究

摘    要:针对目前煤矿安全监控系统普遍采用RS-485总线通讯存在的缺点,设计了基于CAN总线的煤矿安全监控系统。文章分析了煤矿安全监控系统的特点及要求,介绍了CAN现场总线控制网络的特点,提出了利用CAN总线组建智能煤矿安全监控系统的整体解决方案。该设计提高了系统的抗干扰能力和实时性,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:In view of the current technical condition of coal mine monitoring system that using RS-485 bus for communication,this paper designed a new coal mine monitoring system based on CAN bus.This paper analyzed requirements and characteristics of the intelligent monitoring and control system of coal mine safety and introduced the characteristics of CAN bus control network.It put forward a overall solving scheme using CAN bus to establish intelligent monitoring and control system of coal mine safety.The design improves the anti-interference ability of the system and real-time,and has wide application prospects.
