基于有限元法的矿用隔爆型圆筒形外壳设计

摘    要:采用弹塑性力学理论对外壳进行初始化设计,运用Solidworks软件将得到的设计参数对圆筒形外壳造型,并利用COSMOSworks有限元分析软件对壳体和壳盖进行静载工况的应力分析,根据分析结果调整设计,计算实体应力,并验证其结果能否达到强度、刚度要求。

Abstract:The initializaion is defined for design of flameproof enclosure with the plasto-elesticity theory,By Solidworks,design parameters for cylindrical flameproof enclosure are drawn out to establish the moulding,then,with the finite element analysis soft ware of COSMOworks,and the stress analysis is carried out on the dead-load for the enclosure body and cover.The total weight has decreased according to the analytical result,at this conditions,it has proved that the strength and rigidity of this enclosure is met...
